If you purchased an extension from Magento Marketplace then click on the How to Install Magento 2 Extension to install the extension.

If you purchased an extension from Solwin Site then follow the below steps to install the extension.

Installation Process

Note: Please take a backup of your all Magento files and database before installing or updating any extension.

Download the extension file:

1. Download the Share Cart extension .ZIP file from solwininfotech.com using your Solwin Infotech website account.
2. Extract the .ZIP file which contains another .ZIP files.
3. If you have purchased the extension for the Community Edition, then you will see the extension .ZIP file for Magento 2.1.x, Magento 2.2.x, Magento 2.3.x, and Magento 2.4.x version.

Extension Installation

For Magento 2 Community Edition,

1. If you are using Magento 2.1.x then you need to extract solwin-sharecart-m2-2.1.x.zip file.
   If you are using Magento 2.2.x then you need to extract solwin-sharecart-m2-2.2.x.zip file.
   If you are using Magento 2.3.x, Magento 2.4.x then you need to extract solwin-sharecart-m2.zip file.

2. Copy the app folder and paste it into your magento ROOT directory.
   
   
3. Run upgrade command as specified : php bin/magento setup:upgrade.
4. Run deploy command as specified : php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f.
5. Clear the cache either from the admin panel or command line php bin/magento cache:clean.
6. Now, you can see the Solwin menu in admin panel. Please go to Solwin -> Share Cart -> Configuration and select Enable to Yes.
7. Change/Set all other options as per your requirements and save settings.

NOTE : Make sure the installation is done from under the FTP administrator account. Otherwise make sure to set 775 permissions to the store root directory after the extension is deployed.

In the admin control panel from Solwin >> Share Cart >> Configuration menu, the Share Cart magento 2 extension allows store owners to enable or disable the module in the store.

General Configuration

• Enable: Yes | No.
• Allowed Share Cart For Selected Customer Groups: Select the customer group.
• Share Cart Button Text: Enter text for the share cart button.
• Print PDF: Yes | No.
• Print PDF Button Text: Enter text for the Print PDF button.
• File Name: Enter the PDF file name.
• Add Timestamp Suffix: Select Yes to display the current time as a suffix for the PDF filename.

Business Information

• Company Name: Enter the company name.
• Address: Enter the company address.
• VAT Number: Enter the company VAT number.
• Phone: Enter the company phone number.
• Email: Enter the company email address.
• Enter Registered Number: Enter the company registered number.
• Warning Message: Enter the warning message.

Social Media Options For Share Cart

• Share On Whatsapp: Yes | No.
• Share Message On Whatsapp: Enter the text which store owner wants to share with Whatsapp.
• Share On Twitter: Yes | No.
• Share Message On Twitter: Enter the text which store owner wants to share with Twitter.
• Share On Facebook: Yes | No.
• Share Message On Facebook: Enter the text which store owner wants to share with Facebook.
• Share On Linkedin: Yes | No.
• Share On Email: Yes | No.
• Share Cart Email Sender: Select the Share Cart Email Sender.
• Share Cart Email Template: Select the Share Cart Email Template.

In the front end, customers can view the Share Cart button and Print PDF button on the cart page.

In the front end, customers can view the Share Cart button In the mini cart Popup.

After click on the "Share Cart" Button the Share Shopping Cart Popup will appear.

For Share Cart Via Email, fill recipient email and comment and click on the "Share Cart via Email" button.

For Share Cart Via Whatsapp, click on the "Share on Whatsapp" button.

Select any contact or group and click on the share button icon.

For Share Cart Via Twitter to click on the "Share on Twitter" button.

When the message was appear click on the "Tweet" button.

For Share Cart Via Facebook, click on the "Share on Facebook" button.

When the Message was appear click on the "Post to Facebook" button.

For Share Cart Via Linkedin, click on the "Share on Linkedin" button.

When the Share Cart link was appear, write any message then click on the "Post" button.

Click on the "Print PDF" button to print the Shopping cart PDF.

After clicking on the "Print PDF" button PDF file will be generated the same as the below PDF file.
